For over two decades, Bell Gateway has established itself as a prominent provider of IT solutions, accommodating global customers. Founded in April 2001 by a dedicated team of specialists, our headquarters have been located in Bucharest, Romania. In the following years, our company expanded with development studios in Austria and North Macedonia.

We perform a company analysis, together with the customers. In this phase, all the business processes are studied in detail and the goal of the project is established.

Design

We propose the relevant technical solutions according to the goal of the project and detail the action phases of the project.

Configuration

In this step the premises of the agreed application/solution functionality are created. If necessary, interfaces are built between the new software platform and the client’s existing IT system.

Integration and validation

Testing and data migration in the test environment, to ensure flawless functionality.

Documentation and training

The customer is trained in how to use the Bell Gateway application correctly.

Support

After implementation, Bell Gateway ensures long term maintenance and support, as well as optimization of the applications and extension, upon request.
